When a session is cancelled at short notice, it’s often too late for someone else to take that spot. To help us keep things fair and accessible for everyone, we kindly ask that: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded or rescheduled at no charge. - Cancellations within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable, as we’re unlikely to fill the space on short notice. - If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend, just let us know their name ahead of time. We truly appreciate your understanding and support. This policy helps us keep our studio thriving and ensures that as many people as possible can enjoy what we offer.
