Service Description
Enjoy some social time after your savansta! Begin with Om Restore (60 minutes) in the gently warmed 32°C studio. Then continue with brunch at cupushi Coffee House (30 to 60 minutes), just a 2 minute walk from the studio. Brunch items at individuals own cost. Allow a 2 hour window all in all for this experience. Commences December 2025. The 'Om Restore' part of the session includes relaxing and restorative hot Yin Yoga in a gently warmed 32°C studio. Long passive holds / stretching on the floor with props such as blocks, slow tempo music, and a guided meditative close create deep release and nervous‑system calm. Benefits: • Releases tension in fascia and connective tissue • Calms the nervous system and reduces stress • Improves flexibility through long holds • Supports better sleep and emotional balance • The brunch portion allows for social connection and the chance to meet other fellow yogis in a relaxed informal environment. All classes require a minimum of 4 participants and will have a maximum of 12.

❌ Cancellation Policy As a small, independent studio, every booking matters to us—and to our community. When a session is cancelled at short notice, it’s often too late for someone else to take that spot. To help us keep things fair and accessible for everyone, we kindly ask that: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded or rescheduled at no charge. - Cancellations within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable, as we’re unlikely to fill the space on short notice. - If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend, just let us know their name ahead of time. We truly appreciate your understanding and support. This policy helps us keep our studio thriving and ensures that as many people as possible can enjoy what we offer.
