Service Description
Join us for a weekend special in the new year, open to all; men, women, younger and more mature! Designed to bring an introduction to exercising in infrared heat, and provide both an understanding and experience of hot yoga styles and breathing. This one hour session includes a 45 minute practical and 15 minute welcome/close, all spent within our specialist infrared heated studio. Start in a welcoming and gentle 34 degrees (infrared heat feels different that you may think!) We practice heated Yin yoga postures from our Om Restore classes which are mainly floor based and offer long holds and stretching across the body. Then the heat will go up to 40 degrees (but again still very bearable in infrared but designed to make you sweat!) and we move into a trial of some of the more challenging balancing / back strengthening postures from the 26&2 hatha style yoga sequence, which feature in our other classes. This is all about trying the right way and progressing along the way - no pressure. Price includes complimentary mat and towel service, so you just need to bring yourself!

❌ Cancellation Policy As a small, independent studio, every booking matters to us—and to our community. When a session is cancelled at short notice, it’s often too late for someone else to take that spot. To help us keep things fair and accessible for everyone, we kindly ask that: - Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded or rescheduled at no charge. - Cancellations within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable, as we’re unlikely to fill the space on short notice. - If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend, just let us know their name ahead of time. We truly appreciate your understanding and support. This policy helps us keep our studio thriving and ensures that as many people as possible can enjoy what we offer.
