Service Description
Reset. Rebuild. Return. Ember & Om Access is a free wellbeing and work readiness programme designed for individuals looking to return to the workplace, as well as those navigating periods of personal challenge and needing space to reset and rebuild. Combining over 25 years experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition with wellbeing practices, Ember & Om Access supports individuals to reduce stress, strengthen mental and physical resilience, and build confidence so they feel ready to return to the workplace - and to life more broadly. For some, that journey is about actively seeking and returning to work. For others, it’s about navigating the pressures of supporting loved ones, including parents caring for children through challenging experiences such as eating disorders, like anorexia nervosa. At its core, this programme creates space - to pause, to focus on yourself, and to take small, supported steps forward.
