What is Original
Hot Yoga?
Also known as 26 & 2, it is a style of Hatha Yoga consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room.
Because the sequence is always the same, students quickly become familiar with the postures and can track their progress over time as strength, flexibility and confidence grow.
Classes are typically 60 or 90 minutes, practiced in a room heated to around 40°C with controlled humidity. The heat allows muscles to warm safely, helping the body become more supple while supporting deeper stretching, improved balance and increased focus.
Why the Heat?
One reason is that the heat and humidity replicate the climate conditions of India where traditional yoga originated. More importantly, the heated environment helps unlock the powerful health benefits associated with Original Hot Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates.

Alongside Hot Yoga, we also now offer Inferno Hot Pilates - a popular US import practiced in over 300 studios worldwide.
This dynamic class combines Pilates principles with interval training to build strength, improve endurance and elevate cardiovascular fitness in the heat.
It is the perfect complement to the traditional hot yoga practice.
